The pipe floaters’ shell supplied by Shandong Shandong Jiubei New Material is made of medium-density polyethylene with high extrusion strength and high toughness, also we have UV resistant additives added in the hull raw material, which help make the pipe floater UV resistant and extend the using life. The plastic shell is filled with high-strength and high-buoyancy polyurethane foam material. The product has beautiful appearance and superior internal physical properties. The floating body is impact resistant, wind and wave resistant, reasonable and compact in structure, and easy to install.
The pipe floaters can match with all kinds of dredging pipeline, like UHMWPE pipeline, HDPE pipeline, PVC pipeline, steel pipeline and so on.
